I didn’t start my career in front of a laptop.

I started in uniform.
I was a cadet at the Philippine National Police Academy — where every day was about discipline, service, and pushing through when your body wanted to quit.

But one day, everything I worked for was gone.
I was removed from the academy — just six months before graduation. On my own birthday.

What was supposed to be the start of my future… felt like the end of it.

It felt like my entire future vanished overnight.
When you’ve given everything to a dream and it slips away, you start to wonder if maybe you’re not good enough… if maybe your best days are behind you.

For a while, I almost believed that.
But a small voice inside said: “This is not the end of your story.”

So I fought for a different future.

I sought mentors and industry experts who believed in me before I could believe in myself.
I surrounded myself with people who were already living the life I wanted.
I learned to face uncertainty and take action even without guarantees.

And I lived by one quote from Alex Hormozi that carried me through:
“The world belongs to the people who continue to do their work without seeing the results of their work.”

So I kept showing up.

Today, I run a digital marketing and business automation agency.
I’ve built an online course that changes lives.

I lead Skill to Scale PH, a thriving community of Filipino freelancers and future Digital CEOs.
And I’ve created multiple income streams that give me freedom and stability.

The discipline and leadership I learned in the academy — the courage, the ability to guide people — I now teach inside Agency Launchpad.

I help Filipino creatives and tech freelancers turn their skills into agencies they can start and scale — so they can step into their own role as Digital CEOs.

My mission is simple but bold:
— To help create 1 million Filipino millionaires — specifically Digital CEOs.

Because I know what it’s like to start from zero. I know the doubt, the fear, the feeling of being lost.

But I also know this: with just a phone, Wi-Fi, and the right guidance… you can change everything.

Your past doesn’t define you. Your struggles don’t disqualify you.
They prepare you.
